ELO was great from start to finish! Their communication was wonderful. We had some water damage that resulted from the roof damage, and they came out and put a temporary patch on until they could complete the roof replacement. The roofing crew itself was so courteous. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

My wife and I worked with Jimmy. He was not only easy to work with and quick to respond to questions, but he was willing to work with us to get the project completed while wading through multiple problems we were having with our mortgage company. Furthermore, Jimmy wouldn't have been able to help us the way he did if he wasn't supported by the company, so if you are shopping for a company to do your roof, give Elo Restoration a try. After the hail storm last June, I saw ELO Restoration trucks in my neighborhood and I went out to meet them. The salesperson was very polite and friendly and one of the top owners/managers came inside my home with Jimmy and explained the process. They showed us the Grade 4 Roof material by Owens Corning and we signed a contract. The process is not fast but the roof replacement only takes one day. It looks great and we are very happy with the completion of our new hail and wind resistant roof.
