Great company! Jimmy was friendly, professional, and incredibly respectful to our concerns. After they came to the house and showed me what was going on, l shopped around and had 3 other companies come in and take a look. Elo was light-years ahead of all of them in what they offered.
I had the privilege of working with Nate when replacing the roof on my home! He was so sincere and really cared about taking care of me instead of trying to up-sell me like most companies had done when giving me quotes. ELO was great from start to finish! Their communication was wonderful. We had some water damage that resulted from the roof damage, and they came out and put a temporary patch on until they could complete the roof replacement. The roofing crew itself was so courteous. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
