Don initially came over to evaluate an outlet that had no electricity. After inspection he found the outlet was fried due to a probable lightening strike and after further evaluation, he found the electrical panel had Smoke residue and was a fire risk. He communicated the issue with my insurance company which help get it covered under my policy. Don is knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful and all in all the best.
