Heritage Electric

Unprofessional company. While away for work they came and replaced wiring in our apartment complex. I returned to find wire strippings and clippings all over the place. They did not clean up after themselves at all it seems

We had Heritage come out and do some electrical work done on some old wiring in a house that we are renting out. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices beat out some of the competition which is why we ended up going with them. I don't have a lot of experience with electricians, but I certainly had a good experience with this group. Recommended.

I had an extremely bad experience with Heritage Electric and wanted to warn others. First they tried to overcharge me by several hours and when I had proof that they did, they came back and didn’t complete the whole job. When I told them they hadn’t completed the job, they said they’d have to charge me drive time and hourly rate to come back a third time even though they had forgotten saying they had ‘given me a break’ the first time by not charging me even though I had proof they stayed for 5 hours instead of the billed 7.5 hours. Avoid using them if you can, they are not honest nor do they get the job done. I now have a master bedroom light that cannot be controlled by the light switch because they didn’t do it right the first time or second and want me to pay to have them come back after already spending 2K with them. Anyone have a good recommendation for someone who fix this the first time and not try to rip me off?
