ARS/Rescue Rooter Heating Cooling Plumbing

AC went out Monday night. Called them Tuesday morning and made a a same day appointment. They then canceled later that day and had me reschedule for Wednesday. Guy came out Wednesday but said he couldn't do anything because he needed roof access and didn't have a key. Talked to my HOA, and turns out you don't need a key. Just a screwdriver. Hvac guy didn't bother looking at it close enough to see the screws and just assumed he needed a key. So they tried to get me to reschedule for Friday. I'm going with a different company. Was able to find somone to come in Thursday.

Dallas came out and reviewed our situation so he left knowing that our water heater had quit. It was only 30 hours later that he was back with a replacement and had it installed in just over two hours. He was very professional, very tidy, knew what the code requirements were without having to look them up and followed them very well. We would certainly recommend ARS and especially Dallas the Plumber, for your home plumbing repair needs. Should we have a have more plumbing needs they will definitely be our first call. Mike Carroll HVAC Service Technician is very knowledgeable and polite service tech, was very nice having him in our home. He was on time, very respectful and showed a very good attitude. He completed the repairs and our air conditioner unit is working great.
