We had Tony, Lazaro, and Josh do a rough in for a bathroom in our basement and they did an amazing job! They kept checking in to make sure everything was done as we wanted and solved every problem they ran into with our best interest in mind. It was so comfortable having them in our house. They were so knowledgeable, respectful and personable! Highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs some intense plumbing work done.

James was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He did his work with captivating ease and confidence. He somehow managed to hold two unrelated conversations at the same time: one where he was explaining what he was doing (his area of expertise), and the other about cats (my favorite topic). :) Not for a second it looked like one was interfering with another, or with what he was doing at the moment. Done! has done a lot of work for us. We always had great experiences.
