Big Dog cleaned out my main line. They were to provide a video of it cleaned. The file was corrupt so they said they would come back. Appmt 1, they couldn’t come due to an emergency. I had to call them after a week for appmt 2, another delay at a customer and a no show to my home. A week went by and no call from them so I called to schedule the 3rd appmt. They show up and their battery is dead and they have no charger so they left. 4 weeks have gone by and no call or anything from them. This business is completely unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I have called Big Dog for years and have been very happy with their service. Today Alex came to snake and power wash a drain. He was such a pleasant technician and worked on the line until he knew it was cleaned. Have had overall great experiences with this company. Service: Drain cleaning
