I recently noticed some soffit sagging around the roof over my garage, and had some concerns about what was going on. I called on Saturday afternoon, and they were able to come meet me within a couple of hours, which I was not expecting. Mike was extremely professional and honest. He let me describe all my concerns, and he addressed each of my concerns with a lot of detail so I fully understood what was going on. He also didn't push to do work that didn't need to be done. We asked Pinnacle Associates to fix a roof leak. Mike meticulously investigated and documented the source to be a defective furnace flue. He replaced the flue as well as the shingles damaged when another company placed temporary tarps over the areas in question. The job was completed within 48 hours of my original call.
