I called Pipe It Up based on Google reviews to go check out the sewer line at my parent's house that had backed up. The rep on the phone was friendly and courteous, and was able to schedule someone to come out within a couple of hours of my call. Earlier than the quoted time, Juan showed up and immediately got to work. He was also extremely professional and courteous, explaining the work he was doing step-by-step, and was able to clear the blockage in about 45 minutes! He also provided advice and recommendations on how to prevent future blockage. Absolutely fantastic service with very reasonable pricing, I would not hesitate to use them again in the future! We had a major plumbing issue including 3 back up's in a month and Rashad and his team determined that we needed to replace the sewer line under the house and out to the street. His crew was simply amazing!!! They were on time, extremely polite, responsive, professional and even worked a 15 hour day to complete the pipe work so we could be back up and running. This included cutting some 60++ feet of cement in our basement and carrying it all up a flight of stairs and out. they left everything spotless. If we could give Rashad and Pipe it up 10 stars we would! Hopefully we don't need anymore plumbing work but if we ever do, we won't be calling anyone else. They are truly the very best!
