We're so appreciative of Raj and how he was able to help us out! We called him about needing our shower handle to be repaired and explained the water was still running. He came right over even though it was getting late and made sure we had a new working handle and faucet installed. I'm impressed! I thought I needed a new light fixture on my front porch. Raj realized I was using an incorrect bulb that was causing my problems. He could easily have changed out the fixtures, but he was honest in his assessment of the problem, and merely changed the bulb to one that was suited to the fixture. Great job! I reached out to this handyman business with pictures of the bathroom vents I needed replaced, but unfortunately, I never received a response from them. It's disappointing that they didn't follow up, as I was hoping to use their services. Communication could definitely be improved.
