All Weather Heating and Cooling

I hired All Weather to fix a faulty air conditioner that was blowing warm air. The guy on the phone was very cordial and got me scheduled the same day. The tech who went to my house said the A/C needed a variety of things but decided to change some electronic part, a "flux capacitor" or something (I know that's not the name, but some kind of capacitor thing). They charged me $384 for parts and labor and the A/C started working again so all was good...for about a day and a half. The A/C started blowing warm air once again. I spoke to the tech who did the work, tried to reach a compromise since I had spent almost $400 and the A/C was exactly as it was before he did his work. I offered to pay 2 trip charges and just remove the part since it didn't seem to fix the issue. He said he would call me back in a bit to resolve the issue. That's the last I heard from him. So almost $400 later, I have the exact same issue. Bummer. My advise: stay away from this company.

Robert was great! Explained everything that needed to be completed for both our air conditioner and heating system. This is the 3rd company that has looked at the system rather than saying we had to replace both units he had us do maintance on both and will do bi yearly tune ups! Robert was out last summer to diagnose our AC problem. I liked that he first exhausted diagnostic and maintenance (less expensive) options before replacement. In fact we were presented with a few options and chose to replace the unit. Great service and my only call for HVAC.
