We moved into a new home and after three weeks we were needing to install a new AC & Furnace. Which for first time homeowners was a very stressful situation. Deon was immediately very attentive and available to help us out on getting an accurate estimate together with the best prices that we encountered after getting a ton of estimates from other companies. Deon was incredibly helpful and made us feel like we made the correct choice for such a big and important purchase for our home. IMS was able to turn around an book an installation date right away and Franklin & Jesus were on time and incredibly professional. I was walked through the entire installation process before they began and went to work right away. They treated my home and my dog with respect and were very efficient in their work. After installation I was walked through the entire process again and was given maintenance and care tips to make sure everything would continue working as intended. I am forever thankful for every

Very professional, timely, knowledgeable, efficient and personable. We had a new furnace and A/C installed. Starting with Phil the site estimator, and following through with Michelle the scheduler and Andy the lead technician, everyone from IMS was so easy to work with. The installers took care to wear shoe booties, put down drop cloths, clean up, and explained everything they were going to do and did. Our air conditioner failed at around lunchtime on a day that was predicted to be in the mid-nineties. My husband was at work, and I was at home by myself with our 1 year old and our disabled dog who really can’t get around easily. I was so incredibly nervous about how everything would work out for the rest of the day. I called IMS because they were local and had good reviews online. They were able to come out that same day. They were able to fix our system that day. And Jonathon and Marcus were so nice and professional. It all worked out as well as it possibly could’ve. I was so relieved.
