Master Roofing and It's owner is the worst contracting company that I have ever dealt with. They recommended a roofing product they did not know how to install. The roof had numerous problems over the years. When I called the owner to address the problems he assured me that he would correct everything. Within six months of the repair the roof had major leaks and caved in internal ceiling area. The owner would take no responsibility for his shoddy's workmanship. I would never recommend Master Roofing or it's own to do any roof work to anyone. They do not stand by their work. I would never recommend this company to do your roofing. They quote you a price in the beginning and when the project is completed they tell you that you owe twice as much and if you don't pay they will put a lien on your house. Absolutely criminal!! Horrible customer service with no communication with the customer!

Excellent service Had my roof replaced by Master Roofing about 3 weeks ago, they did an awesome job. Raymond Rivera was very professional, knowledgable and polite, he went above and beyond on making sure that the job was done right and on time as promised. I'm a very satisfied customer, I highly recommend. I will definitely be using Master Roofing again in the near future! Service: Roof installation
