I am very pleased with the service provided by Devon. He was very helpful, thorough but efficient, and suggested future fixes without being pushy. He was very tolerant of all my questions. He had an apprentice with him (sorry I forgot his name) who was also very professional and helpful. They were both able to locate the issue, clear it, and also identify some things that may create issues in the future. Well, my main line was clogged. I called after hours and was treated with respect and concern for my situation. The service agent was excellent. I received a call the next morning as requested. I reset my appointment time frame and was able to get an earlier appointment. The technician was really professional and a gentleman. He may some great recommendations based on his own personal experience.

Jacob provided excellent service, perhaps the best service experience I’ve ever had as a home owner. We had an unusual issue with a new fridge, and Jacob took time to research the issue, talk with the vendor’s service department, and communicate with us, all to reach a resolution. And, he was friendly and professional. We’re going to call Precision Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric for all our service issues from now on.
