Braden, Kyle and the rest of the team at Axe were all great people to work with. Their customer service and responsiveness to emails and calls was excellent, they were always prompt in all communications. They took the hassle out of dealing with the insurance company and helped me with dealing with the insurance company with our siding issues as well. Our new roof and gutters are beautiful!! I had my roof replaced by Kyle and crew from Axe Roofing this past summer. Fantastic group to work with! I was up against some tight timing constraints and Kyle was able to put together an action plan and got my roof replaced without any issues. He walked us through every step of the process and was extremely patient working with the insurance company, bank, and our inexperience in this process. As far as the quality of the work - nothing but good things to say! The roof was an exact match as my old one and they were even able to work in an affordable high-impact upgrade to give us some peace of mind out in Hail-alley. All work was coordinated over a weekend we were out of town, so there was zero impact or disruption! Highly recommend the crew over at Axe Roofing!! Fast, clean, and Professional!
