The plumbing project we had completed was extensive, but we felt well-informed about what was happening, and their patience in answering all of our questions was impressive. They took the time to ensure that we were comfortable proceeding, and we felt that they were upfront and honest with us, not attempting to deceive us. They kept the project moving swiftly, which we greatly appreciated, and returned a few weeks later to fill the access hole, which had sunk due to heavy rains. Additionally, the follow-through was tremendously appreciated.
