This is our 2nd experience with Bell Trades and they are fantastic! Their technicians are knowledgeable, professional, kind, and quick. We called on Wednesday stating we had a sump pump failure and they were able to come out on Friday to replace it! The water issues in our basement have caused such stress, and Kenny was sympathetic and offered solJustinutions to bring us peace of mind (including installing alarms in the event of failure again). Our home has 3 sump pumps due to where our house is sitting and with their age and all the rain we have received this year, we decided to replace all 3. Kenny didn’t hesitate to run to the store to pick up 2 more pumps and get the job done. We are so grateful to be going into the weekend far more relaxed than we have felt in weeks (if not months!). Previously, we had worked with Bell through a kitchen remodel and the technicians for Electrical and Plumbing were fantastic: Justin & Nate! They were the reason I chose to call Bell when we ran into
