Hytek is a very professional company with some great employees working for them! Our heater stopped working when it was -10*F outside and we have a home warranty through 2-10 warranty. 2-10 sent this company out to do our repairs and I can not say enough great things about every employee we had the pleasure of talking to! From Erika in the office, to Dan the repair man, and the two guys that installed our new heating system, this company gives the best customer service! Amazing company. I called during direly a busy time after a lot of rain and my unit stopped functioning. A technician came out within a day of the call. He checked everything and turns out my thermostat was fried! The rest of the unit worked just fine. As he was leaving I asked about the bill and there was no charge. My mind was blown. Amazing service and will definitely use again for any future issues! Service: A/C system repair
