I recently used The Bee Heat & AC to service, clean and certify my furnace and I was extremely pleased with the service I received! The technician who arrived (Daniel) was professional, friendly, offered to wear shoe coverings inside the house, arrived on time, and was both efficient and thorough with his work. He answered all of my questions and was happy to do so. He even taught me some things about my furnace when I inquired. I feel strongly that I got my money's worth and would happily use this company again. I will also say that I have had poor experiences in the past with HVAC companies trying to sell me something I did not need. I did not receive this treatment from Daniel and The Bee.... he showed up and conducted the work requested and did not try to sell me anything. They have earned my trust and respect as a customer and I highly recommend them! Service: Heating system maintenance
I called for a non emergency on a Friday and they showed up on Monday to take care of my issue. Great service and will use them for future needs. Service: Ventilated ceiling installation
