My experience with Plumbline was great from beginning to end. When I called, the person setting the appointment was very friendly. When the technician was delayed at another site, I was called early in the day to make sure I could be available later. The technician, Preston, was courteous and helpful. Plumbline is the only company I trust to call for my home. so far, i have had sewer line repair last year and today needing replacement of my garbage disposal and all the pipes under kitchen sink replaced. Dominick came out today and did a great job with his professionalism and workmanship. Wish other home repair companies have the workmanship and ethics like Plumbline. My mother (for my grandmothers home) and my father ( for my grandfathers home) have used Plumbline for years, that’s why they did not hesitate to refer them to me. I called to schedule an appointment and to my surprise, for a sewer leak, they would not to be able to come out for over a week. I accepted and the first plumber to come out was great, he could not do the job but set me up with another appointment the next day. The next plumber who came seemed great but he was not able to the job either but never bothered to relay that information to anyone with the company. On three separate occasions I called to see why was going on and was put on hold for over 30 minutes only to be sent to voicemail, which no one bothered to reply to. If you don’t want to or can’t take my job, fine, but at least let me know. I had to contact another plumbing service, and because I stupidly waited for Plumbline, it has turned from a simple fix to a much more complicated one.
