Sarah, our tech was excellent. She was prompt, professional and courteous. She completed the inspection and cleaning in a timely manner. She reviewed her findings with me, explained everything in detail and made sure I understand the one issue. She even had the needed replacement part in her truck. She was respectful of our property and wore foot coverings in the residence. I highly recommend this company. They have installed a new furnace and hot water heater for us. They made it happen. They were good people that did everything it took to make it happen. He put in a long day and still showed up until the job was done. He didn’t have a piece we needed but his teammate showed up very quickly and was happy to help!!!
