Previously Steve had come and fixed our furnace. I found him to be an incredible representative of integrity. So the other day the furnace died. I called and asked for him to come and he did. We talked at length about options and we decided to set up quotes for replacement. Within a short period of time, Hugo came in, took a look, and gave us quote for replacement with some other options. We are replacing our 22 year old furnace. I am so incredibly great full for their efficiency, proficiency, not pressuring, kindness, and their integrity. I feel 100% safe with them, which is an issue I personally have. I know I will not be mislead, will be informed, and not be cheated or put on the back burner. Would I use them again?
