Brandon came out to look at our Boiler. I chose this company because it seemed like a good company. It was decided that the exhaust fan needed to be replaced. He would also do a tune up etc. It would cost approximately $2000 or more. He would order the part and email me an estimate within a few days, maybe the next day........and be able to do the work the following week. After seven days (figured he was busy), I texted him to see what was going on......NEVER texted me back, Never got an estimate. Very, Very strange. All that time wasted......Very disgusted. Service: Heating system maintenance

Let’s be honest in Colorado Springs it’s difficult to find a company that provides a quality service. Look no further for your AC needs! My experience with Black Forest was superb in every respect. The scheduling line was very polite, informative, and transparent. Brandon was my Tech, he was friendly and super knowledgeable about my system. He didn’t try to sell me on things that I didn’t need and provided through explanations to all my questions. The only caveat is I did not shop around so as an honest reviewer I can’t tell you if they are the cheapest, but they seemed reasonable. Overall I would highly recommend to everyone.
