They were completely wrong. They were trying to sell me a 16k furnace because some of the burners weren’t igniting . All that needed to be done was the little hole on it needed to be cleaned I paid for them to come out and pretty much they told me my house would blow up if I didn’t replace my furnace I had another company come out which was honest and told me to just clean off one area and then bam it all worked again. They also stated my air conditioner needed to be replaced cause it was leaking but all that was the issue is the drain pipe was clogged which I also fixed . Our technician was the very best. He explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. Spent the time to make sure our air conditioner was running at peak performance with no leaks. I definitely want him back for our next pm.
