The installation team actually determined the best place to install the heat-pump unit The electrician was unaware of a potential limitation with the service panel - I would recommend having a standard operating procedure (SOP) in place to set up and verify the operation of the system (furnace and heat-pump) once an installation is complete. The thermostat temperature should be set according to a calibrated reference unit to avoid assuming that the temperature reported by the thermostat unit is correct by defaul

I email on Saturday at 10:00 PM and got a respond Sunday AM.First thing Monday a technician arrive and fix my issue. Marcus was professional, and very knowledgeable. At soon he finished the job he call me to notified what he did. This folks are very Customer Service oriented and always go the extra mile
