I purchased a brand new furnace and AC unit in December 2022. It was the greatest service back when they were SOCO Heating. My AC went out, I had a technician over last week who told me they will order a piece and get it the next day... I've had no response from the office, every time I call the office, the ladies there can't care less. They told me not to call them, and that they will call me once they can come back and fix it. They have not. I have two minors at home, and with this high temperatures our area is experiencing, I expected a little response, an ETA, a status update or some sort of communication from the office. But I have not hear back from them. I am so disappointed. I paid close to $13k, bought the cozy club membership and all they offer for NOTHING. *FIND YOURSELF A BETTER COMPANY* And wish me good luck with this new management. I had a very good experience with Nick with Peak Home Performance. He called me a good hour before the appointment window to let me know he was running a little late but would be there soon showing consideration and respect for my time. Once at my home (he was well within the window anyway), he asked me what I wanted done and stuck to it. He didn't try to up-sell me on replacing the whole system and just stuck to the AC replacement I was looking for. Nick was personable, professional, and respectful throughout my appointment. I received all of the gurantees and service commitments in writing, up-front without being pressured into making a deposit or making the quote conditional on a hurried install date (ZERO pressure, ZERO risk). What I appreciated most though was that he knew he was competing for my business with my cousin who works for another local HVAC company and didn't waste my time trying to explain why he was the better choice. Absolutely great service! From the beginning to the end, everyone was super. Got a new furnace (removed and replaced the old one) and a new AC (never had one before). Wayne, Marcus, Roman, and Jon all did an amazing job and are extremely knowledgeable. They answered every question without hesitation.
