Peak Performance provided exemplary service from the initial customer service visit by Nick to the work performed by John Henry. Nick was professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. John was personable, courteous, exceptionally skilled in installing my gas line (a high-risk task), and even vacuumed his work area when he finished the job. I would recommend Peak Performance, especially Nick and John, to others who need this type of work done. I also want to add that I was having major work done by Big Cat Heating and Plumbing, and to complete the extensive number of jobs I needed done within my time frame, Big Cat worked with Peak Performance to get my gas line installed. When two companies work compatibly like this for benefit of the customer, it speaks well of both company's integrity and character. I shop local to support my community and to ensure I can talk person-to-person with whom I do business, so our area is blessed to have these businesses.

January 2023 my 40 year old furnace didn't want to stay lit. My sister recommended Peak Home Performance from her experience with them installing an A/C system. They came out, looked it over and presented what they found. Transformer that kept the pilot light lit was bad and the fan motor was drawing way too many amps. Replacement parts were discussed and I decided to replace the furnace. Had decided to install central A/C but later when the weather was warmer. They recommended purchasing and installing the coils now to prevent pulling furnace later when installing the rest of the A/C system. Said they had a new dented A/C compressor available with a discount. They held it for me until May 2023 when rest of A/C system was installed. Also had ducts cleaned. August 2023 had electrical system inspected. All services, technicians and employees were friendly, informative and helpful. Patrick was totally amazing. He got the job done and took the extra care needed to make sure it was perfect. It's hard to get this level of professionalism in this town so I will definitely be requesting him again. He cleaned all of my ducts and showed us before and after pictures. He also installed a new vent for my dryer and I was so pleased with the results. He was thoughtful in his installation too, making it easier for me to navigate my crawlspace. A+ all the way around.
