Update(Post Project): I have no problems with the sales team they are good guys. However, the actual project and post project care is atrocious. During the project the workers were fast and they ended up damaging a junction box and the subcontractor said they would send someone out. Never did. I was told they clean up there mess. They didn't. I was told that the last few fixes to include caulking on my windows would be cleaned. They weren't. They turned off my solar system. Never told me and never closed the loop. Finally, and most frustrating is that I've called every person I know in the company and the subcontractor to finish the job and they have abandoned the project. I still have a pallet of materials blocking my driveway, damage to my home, and they have written us off. They made countless verbal promises to get things taken care of and have delivered on none. Tyler and Elijah came to out house to look at our bathroom for a remodel and are very helpful and especially in financials. Today on April 13th, 2023 our bathroom install happened. The installer was here til almost 11:30pm due to unforseen circumstances but he stayed to get everything installed and caulked. I highly recommend the installer and DaBella!!
