Steve and his team did a phenomenal job on our home. We had a punch list of items ranging from a broken balcony railing after a windstorm to a privacy fence designed and installed to meet HOA CC&R's. Our back porch steps were wobbling and the bottom had corroded. The Upfront team removed damaged areas on the stairs and railing, installed new pieces. I can't even tell that the areas were repaired, that's how well the work was done! They painted my weathered doorframes and doors so my house looks fresh and preserved.
