Forrest Boutin and Ryan Dennis were AMAZING! My roof had a lot of hail and wind damage. So I needed a new roof. I received a call from Excel and scheduled a meeting with Forrest. He was very knowledgeable and did a thorough review of my roof. He explained what needed done and dealt with my insurance company. Forrest was NOT your typical salesman. He wasn't pushy to sign anything that day. He gave me time to think about everything. I used his company to replace my roof. He kept me updated on when the supplies were to be arriving to when the crew was to show. The day of the replacement the crew showed up on time with his Foreman Ryan. They kept me updated throughout the day. I went with Storm Cloud tiles. They completed the job and a complete cleanup IN ONE DAY! I was so pleased with the end result! It is not easy to trust someone to do roof work if you cannot be there to be sure that all goes as planned. Forrest Boutin is somebody you can trust. The roof he sold us and had installed exceeded expectations not only in performance but in follow through. Forrest has returned to inspect the roof each year since its installation.
