Came home a few nights ago and the fan was working, but no heat was coming out. Luckily it wasn't too cold. I called and left a message. First thing next morning, Gene's calls and say they can be there in 30 minutes. They were! And I had heat within in less than an hour! Great Service! Friendly and dependable. After many years of living in my home; my heating and air conditioning unit no longer worked. I called Gene's and we went over the problems I was experiencing. They sent a technician out and we went over the details of what the problems were and the approximate cost. That was 3 years ago and the equipment has not failed me! I trust Gene's Heating and Air Conditioning (thank you for keeping us warm in the winter and smiling in the summer!)
