KSM installed a mini split system in our home. I can't say enough good things about them. They are father and son, and they have pride in their work. I can't say how great these guys are! We had our furnace go out a couple days before Christmas and on a day off and Jim (the owner) came by himself and helped us even though he was supposed to be with his family. He helped us "make do" till the next week (since everything was closed for Christmas) and then KSM came over again and replaced our furnace in an efficient and timely manner. They rearranged their schedule because we were without heat and we needed help. Thank you KSM and everyone should give them a call. Also they were very reasonably priced and willing to work with our budget.

Jim was great! Helped me get my duct product made in a timely manner and at a fair price.
