Our air conditioner decided to poop out just before a heatwave so we needed to find service asap! Fortunately we came across MM - “Craig” was our air conditioner service doctor! He was beyond great! Craig was very responsive - told us what we needed, communicated when he would arrive (and arrive exactly at the time) and also give us heads up before he arrived! Craig also wore booties to respect our floors which I thought was very considerate. We were up and running in a matter of the day after because of parts needed. We scheduled a regular maintenance service to make sure things were kept running well. Craig came out and was so thorough. He took time to explain things to me in a manner I could understand, I'm not mechanical. When something with the air flow/balance didn't seem right to him he took extra time to make sure it was running properly. Then he explained what he was looking fir. I was so impressed.
