I called this morning to schedule an appointment for routine maintenance for my AC and furnace. The appointment was actually scheduled for May 2 however, later, on that day they were able to get me in the same day. The tech that came out was very pleasant, professional, and very informative. Our AC was broken which is a problem in this heat with some of our medical issues. Alan came and was very professional and very knowledgeable. He didn’t mind answering all our questions and was able to fix the AC within a couple of hours. Mitchell send me a text when Alan was on his way. He was on time within the 2 hour appointment window. He did an amazing job and we would definitely recommend Mitchell to anyone who needs an AC or Heater fixed. Alan was not pushy at all like some can be but he also made sure the AC was properly functioning before he left. He wore covers over his shoes although we didn’t need him to.
