The Furnace Guy Heating and Cooling

I called them after hours and gave a pic of my situation. I am from Hawaii and not used to having to deal with Heating/Cooling/Humidifiers. The person on the phone (Shana) responded with advice from her Technician from the picture I sent her. I had water going down into the furnace. At NO COST, she said, "Are you from Hawaii? I can tell by your phone number." I said Yes. She said, don't turn the Humidifier and AirCon on at the same time. I turned the water off that feeds the Humidifier and turned down the humidifier knob all the way to the left. She then said that the hose that comes out of the unit needs to be vacuumed with a SHOPVAC. I did that and so much water and gunk came out. All of it was good to go. I told her that I'll get some service on normal hours to make sure my unit was fine. Josiah came and checked everything and tested all and gave me a clean bill of health.
