One source came and inspected my HVAC system in a new house i recently purchased. After walking me through the steps and showing me the issues along with the county requirements they helped me get the whole system replaced and installed in just 1 day. Trevor from one source arrived the very next day to provide us a quote on our water and sewer lines. He was very professional and experienced as he called ahead of time and was familiar with my local city codes. He provided me a reasonable quote onsite after we discussed the scope of work and did everything he could to help save us money. One Source is truly a professional and responsive service provider we highly recommend them!
They did a great job and the technician Q was very knowledgeable and made the experience entertaining! The only reason my rating isn't a 5 is because 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment time, I received a call stating that the appointment was going to be cancelled and the next time they could come would be in 3 weeks. I am guessing that this part of their operation is outsourced to a scheduling call center because once I was in contact with the operators, I was back on the days schedule and they were going to make sure I had a great experience. I will use the company again but hope that I don't get in the scheduling dilemma I had on this previous experience. Service: HVAC system maintenance
