One Source Home Service

In my short time with One Source, I have had pretty good experiences with this company overall. There was only one time recently I had an issue that was a bit frustrating. I had to reschedule several times due to no shows or no appt recorded but was eventually contacted by a manager who kept me updated and made sure the appointment was made and kept. As well as the following appointment to do some work needed. I have an inspector coming in to check the compresser installation in a couple of weeks, and then everything should be resolved. The operators are all very nice and pleasant to speak with. The technicians previously installed my water heater and were highly professional, kind, and quick on those appointments. My issue was resolved pretty quickly, and everything needed to be done has been done. Thank you, One Source.

Quincy, Michael and Marcus were all wonderful and pleasant. We highly enjoyed our experience with each of them. They were polite and courteous. Marcus and Quincy both took the time to explain in detail what was happening and were able to answer all of our questions. Definitely a great experience.

Had a new air conditioner installed. The technicians were professional and meticulous in their work, problem solving effectively and in a positive manner as they ran into a few curve balls regarding during the installation. They went above and beyond.
