My initial experience occurred 3 years ago when I chose them to replace our 30 year old roof after severe hail damage. Their performance was absolutely above all known competition. They were highly recommended by several long time neighbors. JOB EXCELLENTLY DONE! Passed all inspections including my homeowners insurance company. Just recently - I experienced minor damage from another severe wind storm. Called Brian Pierce Roofing. Technician came out promptly and responded with a most reasonable estimate. Minor damage was less than the insurance deductible. Set an appointment and EVERYTHING was completed promptly, professionally, with expertise. I am a customer for life. While their work was certainly high quality, what I liked most was how they listened, came up with positive solutions to resolve some unique situations and best yet, were highly responsive to our questions when asked.
