Ryan is a great guy and not only took care of us same-day, but took the time to listen and check out concerns I had with my HVAC system. I seldom ever write reviews, but I felt it was warranted in this case, and I will be going with PB&J again for any future HVAC needs.

We love PB&J!! Ryan is quick and efficient and when we recently had our furnace go out before a cold snap he was able to walk through some quick problem solving steps with my husband on the phone to make a good guess at what was wrong, made sure he ordered the part for it and got it in installed before the cold temps hit. So thankful for this company and the family behind it!!

Called Ryan to see if they could look at our AC unit that had quit working over the weekend. He was able to get us on the schedule quickly. He showed up on time, was able to quickly diagnose the issue and repair in one trip. Both service personal were very professional and respectful of our home (they even took their shoes off when they came in to access the furnace room - a big win with my lovely bride!). Was very happy with the service provided and their pricing was reasonable. Will definitely call them again for any HVAC issues a would recommend to others.
