We contacted Phoenix Heating & Air for an estimate. Jackie, in the office, helped us get set up and Brad, was able to come by the same day. He kept in contact regarding arrival time (able to arrival earlier than expected). He was knowledgeable and courteous. Good service all around! Service: Install AC

Great guys and great work! I had them add an ac to our already existing heating unit and they did amazing. They were very informative and super professional. I will recommend these guys to anyone looking for any HVAC services moving forward!

Brad with Phoenix was scheduled to install the HVAC system in our addition. Multiple times he was scheduled to do our job and failed to show up. I repeatedly gave him new chances for 4 straight weeks and he continued to string us along the entire time. Eventually he stopped responding and I had to hire a new HVAC contractor. As a result of Phoenix not showing up, this caused major issues with electrical, plumbing & roofing which cost us an additional $6,000 to correct. The worst part is that other contractors who were scheduled behind Phoenix had to delay schedules and miss days of work and income due to Brad not having his work ready. Phoenix was unreliable, had poor communication & lack of professionalism. I would highly recommend avoiding Phoenix HVAC. Services: Heating system installation, Install AC
