Kevin and Johnny were our installers and they were very professional. They explained what they were doing and when they were doing it. There was a little "time" miscommunication but they cleared it all up and all was well after that. I appreciate them installing the A/C here at my employers office. We had a hot water heater that the plumbers at Western Peak plumbing attempted to repair but it was beyond repair. They made several attempts to salvage it but no avail. Very quick and professional. I appreciate that they are customer centered. They messed up a booking and couldn't do the day they came out. They referred to another company with no charge to be able to get it done that day. When we needed them back out to fix issues they were respectful and came out and quickly fixed the issues.
