Pikes Peak Mechanical

We originally had a great experience with Pikes Peak Mechanical, but it seems like Aaron completely ghosted us. We left several text messages, voice mails, and emails. To this day, I haven't gotten a response back, so here we are searching for a plumber that can perform the job Pikes Peak Mechanical told us they could do.

They are all around the best plumbers I know. I had best experience with them. Ive had many plumbing company come out fix the problem and never was successful. They did not know what they were doing all they talked about was money it was clear i knew what I was doing then them. But these guys are different from the start he explained everything in detail where everything is where he thinks its clogged what he is going to do every step of the way. Not to mention great customer service. Just all around best. Yes, I recommend to anyone and everyone.

Had some issues with my whirlpool tub so I submitted a claim to my home warranty. It was assigned to Pikes Peak Mechanical and I was given a time slot. They never showed for the service call. Tried calling but no one ever answers the phone. Reported this to the warranty company who confirmed they also could not get in contact. It was only after they were notified that the service call would go to someone else that they finally responded. Technician came to the house and spent about two minutes looking at the tub. It took him longer to get my payment info for the service call. They claimed they would reach out to the manufacturer of the tub to get more details. Couple weeks go by and the warranty company finally reaches out to say they were contacted by the service tech, who claimed the tub was too old to service. I thought that was strange so I reached out personally to the tub manufacturer myself. Not only do they still have parts for my tub, they told me the problem was misdiagnosed.
