I was totally amazed at the degree of professionalism, speed and knowledge this entire company has! The work crews are very polite, pay attention to every detail, are well coordinated in completing each project. I highly recommend this company! We had a leaky hot water heater and old furnace- both were removed and replaced along with new HVAC system installation. All was completed in just two days! Really thankful!! I talked with a representative about my experience with HVAC cleaning and drain cleaning at my old house. She was asking about rating my experience, which was great. I was asking about a breakdown of the expenses and trying to gain an understanding of why plumbing and duct work was so expensive, to which she explained. I was perfectly fine with her explanation. She then informed me that the owner was going to refund part of my charges, which was wonderful! I didn't even ask for it, and I was genuinely trying to understand what I was paying for. That felt like great service, and it was a pleasant conversation! However, now, I tried to schedule a different service at my new house, and apparently I am on a list being flagged for manager approval before scheduling any new service. I guess I'm a "problem customer" now. It didn't feel like a problem at all. I will be calling around to other places. I would not recommend them if this is how they run business. Angel was amazing. I was struggling with the company that my home warranty company sent out. I called Smith Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling and that made all the difference. Angel reassured me that he would be able to install my new water heater on a timely manner. He also helped me to fill out the claim for my home warranty company.
