The team and All Phase Roofing was responsive, informative, and overall great to work with. I highly recommend them. My detached garage had damage from a late spring snow & wind storm that left us with an unintentional sunlight in the garage. They were able to get out to our home quickly to take a look and provide a proposal in the same day. Our repair ended was taken care of within the following days! This company only does the easy part. Robert meet with insurance climbed all over the roof with them but when the insurance company submitted claim the only person who knew they measured wrong was my husband. When I called about it I was told they don't measure they use what insurance says. Then they charged more money than contract said because they said county codes said they needed to do something extra but did not give new contract to refect or do change order or anything like their contract terms. Knowing county codes should be part of their job. They did do a good job installing the roof. Service: Roof installation

All Phase replaced my roof after it suffered extensive hail damage. I was pleased with how the entire project moved along in a snappy manner. All Phase provided a no-cost upgrade to impact resistant shingles and also recommended a color switch, which I gladly accepted. Thanks so much!
