Summit Heating and Cooling

Great group of guys. Former military and very honest. I went thru 3 other places for a replacement furnace and all failed to answer my questions honestly. I really like the way Summit approached the situation of my furnace and I believed them right from the start. The price for the same furnace from all the rest was under cut by a few thousand by Summit and they were nice, no pressure, guys. They came out last week and fixed my AC too. Everyone else tried to sell me a new one. But they inspected it replaced a few parts and now it runs like a top!! If you are having trouble with your heating and cooling system you would be foolish not to give them a call. My furnace kept turning off before it would reach the set temperature. The technician came out and stated that my thermostat needed to be replaced and charged me a trip charge. I replaced my thermostat and that did not fix the issue. I followed up with Summit and they told me that I refused to have Summit replace the thermostat which is a complete lie. They told me they would charge me again to come out. Do not use this company. Service: Heating system maintenance

Scheduled an AC diagnostic appointment in the morning and was able to have a technician out to our place within 3 hours. Kevin was friendly and professional. He did a great job in diagnosing the problem quickly and swapped out a bad capacitor with a new one, then added some refrigerant. System is running great. Thank you Summit.
