I enjoyed my business and interaction with Winterrowd. My A/C was struggling to keep up with some of the warmer weather. Their team came out to check my system and make sure everything was operational. Turns out everything was good but they sat down with me and provided me some recommendations. The thing I appreciated most is they provided me real options and none of the included selling me on a larger system from my home. I made all the adjustments they recommended and the A/C is working much more efficiently and keeping our home cool. When my "Home Warranty" company flaked on supporting our failed boiler in the middle of sub-zero temps, Rod was there. We'd used Winterrowd for years in annual boiler tune-ups but at 35 years old there wasn't much to fix. He understood the challenges and did all he could to get our boiler replaced at an extremely generous and reasonable rate. We will definitely continue to ask Rod and his crew into our home.
