Logan Kramer was professional, personable and made us feel very comfortable with our choice of major work to be done. When one of his workers became ill he jumped right in and took his place , putting in a full days work literally digging a trench!! This guy is amazing ????

My experience with WireNut was exceptional. Logan was/is the consummate professional. He explained what he could do up front and referred me to other parts of the company for additional capabilities. He called ahead of time, arrived on time, was respectful and worked hard to resolve my issues. Additional compliments to Logan because our appointment was interrupted by rain and thunder/lightning storms. We made arrangements to come back the next day and complete the job. Based on Logan explaining the WireNut business model for providing mandatory quotes up front, his professionalism and my overall experience, WireNut will be my go-to company for all future home plumbing needs...and perhaps additional services. We contacted WireNut to help us with our hot water tank pilot light going out. This is turning into a nightmare!! What they did was drill a hole on the side of our house to allow more air to circulate and the pilot light is still going out!! They changed vents that didn't look old or damaged and charged us $2700 to do this. The inspector failed the job saying come winter all our water pipes will burst as they aren't insulated. Again this is due to the large hole in the house. I contacted WireNut to come back to correct the issues, but they didn't know what to do. They said they were going to suggest an electric water tank and will take off some of the work, but it'll still be another $1200.00 NOT including adding the extra electrical outlet to the house. This is an additional $3-5K. I let them a message to call me on Friday 7/21/23. I still want to give them a chance to make it right. IF they don't I have an attorney and will have to go that route.
