Great experience from start to finish. It was easy to book the appointment and the scheduler took the time to explain what to expect on the day of the appointment. Isaiah, the technician, was awesome and made the whole experience easy. He was punctual, polite and thoughtful in his interactions with us. He took photos of everything and talked us through everything he was doing. He explained to and showed us the basics of how things worked and made suggestions for how we could optimize our systems efficiency. He was not pushy with the few upsell things he suggested based on what he found with his inspection and let us feel confident and in control of the decisions we made. I feel confident in recommending Apex to anyone with HVAC needs and will use them again.
