I first contacted Mountain Reach for some gutter work, but once Pete came out he noticed the roof had quite a bit of storm damage. Pete was great working with my insurance to get everything, including the gutters covered. He was a pleasure to work with and always responded quickly to any issue. The reason I'm giving this 4 stars and not 5 is that I faced a few annoyances when it came time to do the install. Weather definitely complicated things a bit and I'm not holding Mountain Reach responsible for that. However, materials were delivered a day or two early (luckily I was home when that happened), and the roofing crew was very inconsiderate when it came to clearing snow from the roof. The crew just shoveled all the snow off the roof with no concerns with where it went after that. I ended up with a huge pile of snow blocking a walk way that then refroze and solidified effectively blocking the only way I could get from the back yard to the drive way.
