Eli King was our Sales Representative and Project Manager. He is very knowledgeable about roofing and explained the differences and features that are important. We had incorrect products delivered to us and he personally went and brought the correct products and took care of returning the incorrect products. Despite some issues, he made sure that the project was completed on time. He was willing to do whatever it takes to get things done and keep me as a happy customer. We used Right Way Roofing for a large SFH new build that required some creative solutions to get everything sealed, sloped, and waterproofed.
