Citywide Roofing and Exteriors did an outstanding job in addressing all the hail damage in our three story condo building which included a new roof and many window replacements. Jeff and his staff handled all phases of the insurance claim to our great satisfaction. The roof was replaced very quickly, and the staff was very courteous in making sure that all residents were safe during the project. Window replacements required a multi-step process, involving various crews, and all worked very well together. Our property was swept clean at the end of each day, and all work was done in a very timely manner. Again, the crew was very helpful to all our residents throughout this complex project. It was a pleasure to work with Jeff and his staff. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of Citywide's work which provided an excellent outcome for our building.

Ryan from Citywide is great to work with! I had a tough case as I was already denied on a claim for my roof. Ryan was in the area and assured me that there was damage and he would work with my insurance company to request another review as some things were missed. He worked with my insurance company and showed them the damage and my claim went through! The work on the roof completed and if it wasn't for Ryan I wouldn't have a brand new upgraded roof! Highly recommended and very professional!

Excellent service from Citywide Roofing and Exteriors! I just had my concrete tile roof and gutters done due to hail damage and we are replacing the windows in the spring. I am a Catastrophic Insurance Adjuster by trade so I’ve seen a lot of roofing contractors in my day and my experience with Citywide has been very positive and professional. My Project Manager (Ryan Brown) did an excellent job working with the insurance adjuster and got everything bought that was damaged. Great customer service throughout the process with many visits to my home. As with any large project, there were a few minor issues that I pointed out and Ryan was quick to get them resolved. I got to know the Citywide team and the owner Jeff took the time to stop by my house to check on things and meet me. I recommended them to others in my neighborhood and they are very happy with their service as well. There are unscrupulous roofing contractors out there, but you can rest assured that Citywide is not one of them
