When he arrived, he thoroughly explained everything he was going to cover and provided, in consumer terms, exactly what he was doing. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very well mannered. **DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF** This company came out, misdiagnosed our problem stating that we needed a new compressor. We paid for the new compressor and labor only to find out 2 weeks later when we brought in a different company for a second opinion that the compressor that is in the unit was still factory and they did NOT replace the part whatsoever after telling us they did and charging us for it. Not only did we pay for a part that was never installed, but when we called to explain what happened, their service tech claimed that he told us we needed a entirely new unit (our current unit is a 2019 and is still under warranty) which never happened as he told us we just needed to replace the compressor. This company lied, and for lack of a better term stole money from us. This is a warning for anyone looking to get their HVAC repaired about our experience and I HIGHLY recommend looking somewhere else. Lastly, the new company we went with told us all we had to do was

They were very polite and they explained everything they were doing to me and answered all of my questions. A was very impressed with the service I received and would definitely recommend them.
