We could not be happier with Controlling Systems and our heat pump installation process. They were incredibly responsive, informative, easy to work with, one of the best quotes we received, and true to their word. Controlling Systems will be our go-to for any other related services that we need. To briefly elaborate, we had previously contracted with another company for a heat pump, but they were never able to deliver the unit that we ordered, and the process dragged out for over half a year. Given this bad experience, we were apprehensive about what the process would be like with another company. That is part of why we were even more impressed with Controlling Systems.
