Sanders and Johnson Heating and Cooling

After signing their quote and agreeing to the price they showed up to install but couldn’t because of snow build up. The next day they called and said it would be $15000 more than they quoted and would not honor the price they gave me. I said no and they came back with only $3000 extra and would still not honor their price. Sanders and Johnson knew the prices were going to go up but failed to order their parts on time. I had other bids that I could have gone with but everyone’s prices went up. Thanks to their incompetence I am now unable to do this job. I would definitely not recommend. Your reply confirms your incompetence. I’ll stick with my one star review.

Clarence is amazing he showed up early knew just what the problem was. He took the time to explain to me what the problem was and repaired my air conditioner very professionally and quickly. If you need service or repair work please ask for Clarence. Great guy. Service: HVAC system maintenance

Ben was so great. He took the time to answer all my questions and help me understand my furnace and AC unit better. He also did a very thorough job cleaning the unit. Ben was super knowledgeable and I will definitely request him by name next time we need servicing.
